About Camille
Hello, my name is Camille and I am a rising senior at the Frost School of Music. With over a decade of experience in vocal and performance training, I have studied several styles under the guidance of acclaimed music industry professionals, including Latin Grammy winner, Roxana Amed. Music has always been my passion, and I am currently pursuing my dream of becoming a recording and performing musical artist, specializing in pop/R&B with elements of rock, soul, and Latin flare.
I have released 4 singles on streaming services and am in the process of marketing my debut 7-track EP while continuing to write and record music to build my catalogue. In addition, I have gained valuable performance experience through lead roles in my high school's musical theatre department, most notably selling out all 6 shows with my role as Donna in Mamma Mia. I have also stepped out into the local music scene in Miami with several gig through Backroom Sessions and one headlining show. I have diversified my music styles by being a member of my school's Latin singer/songwriter ensemble, Cafe Con Leche, which was featured on a CBS special for Que Pasa USA? and opened the Willy Chirino exhibit at the History of Miami Museum. We even shared the stage with the Cuban legend, Chirino himself.
As someone who was once shy and insecure, I bring unwavering confidence and inspiration to the classroom. I have worked hard to persevere and achieve great feats, and I believe that anyone can do the same. With a personalized approach to suit your needs and goals, I would love to help you unleash your full potential and achieve greatness in your musical journey!

My primary specialty is contemporary and theatre voice, though I also have brief experience with classical and jazz voice. My approach is completely customizable to the student's wants and needs. We will start each lesson with basic warm-ups and progress to specific areas of focus. The first lesson will assess skill level and discuss the student's goals and challenges. We will spend at least half of the lesson working on technique and logistical skills, while the latter half will focus on practicing and performing the student's choice of songs, whether original or cover. These lessons accommodate every level from beginner to advanced and age from 5-18. I have developed a special program for high school students applying to music or musical theatre programs, as I have firsthand experience in these areas. I am bubbly and personable, making every lesson fun and exciting. Every student has unlimited potential to accomplish their goals and grow astronomically as a performer and singer. I am looking forward to working with my future students!

Cancellations must be made atleast 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time. I understand that life is unpredictable and things come up so I am more than happy to reschedule any missed lessons. Any cancellations made after the 24 hour window is subject to pay 50% of the typical rate only if there is no plan to reschedule the lesson.
