I found Saumya having amazing communication skills and the connect with her students is awesome.Her meditational techniques and mindfulness lectures are easy to grasp and practise. I like her lectures involving live examples which are motivational to carry out self analysis too.

The session started with a specific kind of breathing. And then gradually went into a guided visualization. Somewhere during the session, I started breaking down. It was something I could not comprehend as to why it was happening. But by the end of it I felt so light and relaxed. As if certain emotions which were blocked and were trying to get out, got an escape. This is every unusual of me because I am always in control, and would definitely not break down in a session in front of people I don't know.
I was also looking for an answer to a certain question regarding one of my issues. And suddenly I had an answer to it. To add it to, the sound of shamanic drum, as well as the soothing voice and sounds created a very relaxing environment. It seemed I was somewhere between being awake and asleep. Like being aware of everything but detached from it. Difficult to express in words.

I usually analyze such experiences but here, I didn't feel the need to really dig in and find out the entire process. Rather I liked what happened and somewhere deep down I really needed it.
