About Sona
My teaching approach focuses on helping you build a strong and expressive connection with the guitar. I start by developing solid fundamentals in fingerstyle and classical techniques, guiding you to play with clarity, control, and musical feeling. Whether you enjoy intricate patterns or elegant classical pieces, I support you in growing confidently in the style you love.
Along with technique, I introduce music production basics to expand your creative world. You’ll learn how to create loop layers, shape your improvisation flow, and use the guitar to build your own ideas. I also teach stage-style playing so you can perform with presence, energy, and confidence.
I believe in breaking down each concept into simple steps. We move at a pace that feels comfortable while still keeping you motivated and excited. Every lesson is designed to help you express emotion through your melodies and harmonies.

I’m a guitar teacher with 9 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar, and I’ve always seen music as a form of storytelling. Every chord feels like a mood, every melody feels like a message, and I love helping students discover that magic. Whether you’re writing a song, shaping a cinematic moment, or giving life to poetry, I guide you in using the guitar as your creative voice.
I teach with a mix of technique, imagination, and emotional expression. Some students come to me with big ideas, while others begin with simple curiosity. Both are welcome, and both can grow. I show you how to shape harmonies that add depth and melodies that speak directly from the heart.
We explore fingerstyle textures, classical phrasing, and expressive playing that fits your artistic goals. I help you understand how music supports storytelling, scene-building, and emotional color. And we always take it one step at a time, in a way that feels natural and inspiring.
