About Dangela

When tutoring Spanish skills, I like to structure my lesson plans based on my student's needs and interests. Going off of the student's current skill level, we will review skills at their level and proceed to higher-level skill learning through vocabulary exercises and drills, passage reading (spoken) and comprehension, reading and speaking practice, sight-reading, and the exploration of cultural connections to further enhance immersion in the material.
A similar approach will be taken with English and reading tutoring sessions based on the student's current ability, where the only difference will be reading material of choice. I will have a list of reading options for students to choose from based on their interests. English and reading skills will be fostered through a student-focused approach. I am here to give students a solid foundation, however I deeply believe that working with their interests is what will enrich their learning even further.
I am open to all levels of Spanish tutoring (from youth beginner to adult beginner), and all levels of English and Reading tutoring.
