About Adam
As a student studying Medical Sciences with the plan of attending dental school, I have a very strong Biology background. I have worked in Toronto General Hospital, where I performed biochemical research on muscular disorders, specifically Malignant Hyperthermia. I have also worked as a personal trainer to give physical therapy to children with developmental disabilities. While working as a personal trainer and an overnight camp counsellor/waterski instructor, I developed a love for working with children while sharing my knowledge and expertise in a supportive environment.

My tutoring sessions are ideal for high school students struggling with biology. I make sure that my students truly understand the material, rather than simply memorizing it. I find that biology is best learned visually, and I love to create diagrams, flow charts, and other visualizations in order to make my students understand what they are learning.
