About Alfred
I have 47 years of experience in martial arts and fitness combined. I have experience in Karate, Muay Thai Fitness, Tai Chi, Self-defense, Traditional weapons training, knife training, and Personal trainer. I can do individual and group training. All my self-defense techniques are street friendly, easy and effective. All my exercise are mostly body-weight oriented with some weight strength training mixed in between so you will be trim.

I use a variety of methods while teaching either martial arts or fitness. I mixed visual, verbal and written lectures adjusted to all kinds of students. All the classes are very actives and with a lot of repetition for the student's benefits. Be assured that what you will learn will be effective toward your goals.

Details
Lessons will be paid in advance. If the student does not cancel on time (within 48 hr.) the lesson will be "charged as taken" for the wasted time that could be used by another student. If the student cancels on time, the lesson can be rescheduled. This is the student's responsibility, not the instructor. The fees are for one hour of training. Any minutes used after the scheduled time will be charged as a full hour.
