About Julian
Julian has worked in different areas of training & coaching throughout the last 10 years, giving over 10.000 hours of Personal Training. He started training recruits in the German Armed Forces and transitioned to Personal Training in Berlin for professional athletes, celebrities and UHNW individuals. His expertise covers many fields, among them Functional Strength Training, Nutrition & Self Defence.

Driven by the Pareto Principle or commonly known as the 80-20 Rule we will strife in our training
to put the minimal effective Dose of Work and Time Investment into an actionable plan.
That means that we can get a lot of Bang for your Buck, out of my basic course of 10 sessions.
After a first Assessment in which we will determine your current State and Goals, we will remove pre-existing Road-Blocks like functional Imbalances in your Body, Mind & Nutrition to move ahead efficiently.
You can expect to gain a Bird's Eye View on the road ahead and what to do and to avoid.
