About Iqra
My name is Iqra and I would like to take a moment to share a bit about who I am and why I am passionate about teaching this subject. My journey with English literature began at a young age, when I discovered the joy of getting lost in a good book. From classic novels to contemporary poetry, literature has always been a source of inspiration and comfort for me. This love for reading eventually led me to pursue a degree in Law which I am currently obtaining , where I delved deeper into the rich tapestry of stories and ideas that make up the literary world. I believe that education is one of the most powerful tools we have to make a positive impact on the world. I am driven by the desire to share my passion for literature with others, to inspire a love of reading and critical thinking, and to help students discover the transformative power of stories. What excites me most about teaching English literature is the opportunity to explore the human experience through diverse perspectives and voices. Literature allows us to see the world through the eyes of others, fostering empathy and understanding. It challenges us to think critically about our beliefs and assumptions, and it encourages us to engage with complex ideas in meaningful ways.
