I am certified from Reebok as a personal trainer and from University of Delhi as a Yoga trainer. I have experience as a fitness advisor in Shri Ram College Of Commerce (Delhi University). Right now I am giving online and offline home PT.

I have specialisation in weight loss with home equipments and variation of floor training,Resistance training, Weight training etc. I use proper warmup and proper active and passive stretching after workout session and Pranayam Practices after Yoga session. I always motivate my Clients. I give classes online and offline modes.

Perfect! Coach Vijay is very knowledgeable about body fitness. You can trust him with whatever your fitness goals are, be it strength/ resistance training, cardio, or total body work out. His focus is on losing weight in the most healthy manner instead of a fad diet or regime which cannot be sustained. He would suggest healthy diet augmentations without a sudden drastic change. It has been a great journey so far and results are showing up.
