I always make sure that the practice is safe and inviting for beginners and intermediate yogis. I offer practical assistance to help others achieve their yoga goals. I create fun and safe sequences based on students' needs and requests. I invite students to be in the present moment and to let go of the past and the future while they are on the carpet. Breath and meditation are integrated into all classes
