About Manon
After a 10-year career in corporate HR while practicing yoga in my spare time, I decided to completely change direction and follow my passion. First of all, I became a Vinyasa Yoga teacher, then quickly taken by the desire to learn more things I then obtained a certification in Ayurveda, Restorative and Yin Yoga, and a little later when I was waiting my son, I was certified in Pre & Post Natal Yoga.
My pregnancy was such an upheaval in my life that I decided to specialize in this field in order to share my experience and thus better guide and help future mothers throughout this unique adventure. So I offer classes focused on relaxation and benevolence during this very special time.
Through my classes, my goal is to help your body and your mind to become one, to find inner peace and just doing yourself good.

I teach vinyasa yoga, a dynamic practice that alternates static postures, stretching and strengthening. I'm also a Pilates teacher, so I like to combine the two to combine gentle practice with deep muscle building.
I recently specialized in Pre & Post natal as well.
Thanks to my online courses, you can practice from the comfort of your living room. Entering motherhood is an exceptional moment in a woman's life, pre and post natal yoga helps you take care of yourself during this time.
Practiced throughout pregnancy, prenatal yoga helps to prevent and relieve the minor ailments of pregnancy, but also to take time for yourself. It's a perfect activity to keep in shape throughout your pregnancy ... and after!
