About Laura
I‘m a student with violin performance as my subject. I finished my school at a specialist music school in England, and from there received a scholarship to start my bachelor’s degree in London. An Erasmus exchange then brought me to Vienna, where I live and continue my studies since.
I was able to gain a lot of experience playing in orchestras, as well as chamber music with my friends and colleagues. Concerts brought my to many cities in Europe, as well as South America and China, where I was concertmaster on a New Year´s tour.
I am very passionate about teaching the violin and would like to pass on the joy I feel when playing and learning new pieces.

My teaching method is individually fit to the students. With beginners I like to work with the Suzuki method and various teaching books, that accentuate the joy of learning. It is important to me to help create moments of success at every stage of learning and to fit the focus of each lesson to the individual goals of the students.
I am also happy to work on pieces selected by my students and create programs for special occasions.
