About Elana
I have had the privilege and honor of teaching students who became great violinists and violists. While some were talented to begin with, some were students that people had given up on and were deemed failures. There is never a reason to give up. No matter what technical or musical problems you may face when you play, there is always a solution. Well, no teacher can make a guarantee students that put in the work usually do phenomenally well with me.

The technique I teach is special and rare. It's a true artist technique, given to me by the greatest sounding violinist in history, Neil Weintrob. He used the body properly, as it was meant to be used and always went with whatever produced the best results. He knew how to adjust the position for each student. And he passed this knowledge along to me. It is my great honor and such a joy to pass along the technique that not only transformed my playing, but my life.
