About Mel
I am an individual who has used many techniques, philosophies and thinking patterns to enduce happiness and break out of my own negative situations my whole life.
I have also been the go to person for friends and family when they need a mental pick me up! I'm bubbly, outgoing, Positive, happy and I love to help others find happiness through my own methods. Sometimes people need an outside perspective in order to gain perspective on their own lives. I am open, honest and will do my absolute best to work with you to achieve whatever you want out of life!

I like to identify the main cause or reason you are not reaching your goals and then strip them down in order to eliminate them and break the cycle. I will set specific tasks for you to help you achieve your goals and plans to take you out of your comfort zone and bring you to the next level of you! I will also provide mental excercises to help you break free of any negative thoughts. And be on stand by should you ever need a quick pep talk or chat! My service is of course 100% confidential and I will never disclose any of your information to anybody! Think of me as a virtual life assistant.
We can communicate via email, face time, watsapp, telephone and I can travel to a mutual location anywhere in the UK should you wish to meet face to face for a lesson, although these lessons may cost a little more than my base rate in order to cover expenses so please ask for prices before booking.
