About Yana
Hello! I am Yana Tsvetkova and I live in Bilbao, Spain. For me, Zumba is not just a workout, but a way to escape from everyday life, forget about all your troubles, and have fun. As an instructor, I would like to convey this sentiment to everyone who attends my classes, and I hope they are as inspired by Zumba as I am.

The Zumba program is a Latin-inspired dance and fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, stimulating and effective fitness program. One Zumba class, known as the Zumba Fitness-Party, combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with an aerobic / fitness approach to achieve a balance of cardiovascular benefits and muscle toning.
The level of the classes is suitable for everyone, the most important thing is to enjoy music and have fun. It is normal not to nail the steps immediately, I promise you that with time you will improve :)
