About Ravinder
I am a fitness trainer. I have trained a number of students from different countries for weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, and much more. Many people are not able to do exercises because of multiple reasons, be it their age, some back problem, etc. Walking is considered the safest exercise one can do. People lack motivation in going out and doing the walk. For that reason, I have launched this program which includes " WALK WITH ME ". So that you can feel motivated throughout the duration you walk and remain fit.
