My coaching includes elements of Psychology, Neuroscience, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and specialised coaching tools.
Coaching sessions are 60-90 minutes long depending on your needs. Done over the phone, zoom or face to face. One off sessions are available although a minimum of 3x sessions is highly recommended, to give you maximum benefit and chance of success.

Details
For Clinical Hypnotherapy and/or Psychotherapy sessions, these are held face to face in Fremantle or over zoom (in special circumstances). The initial consultation is $220 for 90 minutes which includes a full therapy session. Further sessions are $180 for 60 minutes.
