About David
Hi, I’m Dave, a music producer, composer, and session musician with a First-Class BA (Hons) degree in Music from the University of Huddersfield. I’ve worked across the music industry as a session guitarist, live performer, and composer for television—giving me hands-on experience in both creative and technical aspects of music production. My background includes everything from writing and arranging to mixing and delivering broadcast-ready tracks. I am still active writing for television and creating Dance Music for a live project. I offer music production lessons for beginners through to advanced learners, covering topics such as: ️ DAW navigation (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, etc.) ️ Recording, mixing, and mastering Composition, arrangement, and sound design Workflow tips, plugins, and production techniques Music for media (TV, film, advertising) Lessons are tailored to your goals—whether you're a songwriter wanting to produce your own music, a guitarist exploring home recording, or someone curious about composing for sync and media. My teaching style is clear, friendly, and practical. I focus on helping you develop real-world skills so you can bring your musical ideas to life with confidence.
