About Jack
Important aspects of football are safety, proper execution of the most basic skills, and sportsman-like conduct. I have certifications in Basic Life Saving, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Blood Bourne Pathogens, ACL Injury Prevention, Communicable Skin Infections, Concussion Management, Heat Illness Prevention, Psychology of Sport Injury, Therapy for Sports Injuries; Recovery Strategies in Sport; First Aid for Sports and Physical Therapy Aide.
I have Coaching Certifications from the British American Football Association, Football USA and Football Canada. I have the Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate from Sport Structures/UK Coaching, and a recent DBS. I have Accreditation from the Academy for Health & Fitness UK for both Equality & Diversity, and Leadership & Management.
The majority of my tutoring is concentrated on DB/LB instruction, but I am comfortable training any position or group sessions. My most recent training courses are: Ladder Drills for Quicker Footwork; Quarterback Skills and Drills; Advanced Tackling and Contact Certification; Teaching Press Coverage; and Defensive Backs Technique and Language; Linebacker Skills and Drills; Krausko Sports Football Training Program; and Burlington's Basics of Defense.

LB/DB Tackling, Tracking, Coverages. QB/RB Drills, Mechanics, Ball Control. WR/TE Blocking, Route Running, Receiving, Ball Control. Entry/Intermediate level players, 14+ years old. I can train players in athletic wear, or with full kit. I have QB targets, tackling bag, blocking shield, agility ladder, helmets and shoulder pads, etc. Training is at a maximum Level 3 as per Football USA Guidelines. Multiple students are welcome at a reduced cost. Guardians are required present for students under 18 years of age.
