About Elyssa
I'm an illustrator and artist who has loved drawing since I learned to hold a pencil aged 2. I enjoy pencil, oil, acrylic, pen, digital painting, print-making and watercolour. I pursued my love of art throughout GCSE, A-Level, Art Foundation and finally my Illustration Degree. And was thrilled to work as an in-house illustrator at The University of Cambridge after graduating.
With 8 years of working in the industry and my own personal practice, and 5+ years experience of educating with a qualification in Education and Training, I make a well-rounded, fun and experienced tutor.
Students can expect to have tailored lessons where we work together to understand and establish your goals, whether that be learning to draw or paint for the first time, or getting ready to take an art exam. And then over the course of our carefully prepared sessions I will support you to achieve them.

I believe that everyone can learn to draw, no matter their age or experience! Art is for everyone and in my lessons I will help you to increase your confidence, as well as your skill in art. Hopefully by the end of our sessions, you will have even more passion for this incredible subject.
