About Island Monk
Ous Warriors, I am, Professor’ Imhotep A. Bholai, The Island Monk. 7th Degree Black Belt & Master Teacher of Applied Martial Arts & Philosophy here at Warrior Temple Island University.
I am a Martial Arts Masters’ Hall of Fame Recipient & Assistant Instructor to the Late Chadwick A. Boseman (The Black Panther).
I have 32years in the Martial Arts World, and 24yrs teaching all ages & all sizes. Looking to rebuild Warrior Temple Island University here in South Florida from the ground up, and take it global.

Sanuces Ryu Jujitsu, a deadly martial arts system created for ultimate survival & warfare, was gifted to Dr. Moses Powell (The Founder), after many years of dutiful martial training, street wars, violent altercations, and consistent daily prayers. The word Sanuces translates to Survival & Simplicity. The Sanuces Warrior is one who always comes in peace and readily prepared to leave you in pieces. The methodology and applications of Sanuces Ryu Jujitsu is meant for survival, health & healing. One's mindset must ascend to not just combat conflict but also to become proactive in fortifying who one chooses to be.
