About Sharanyah
I graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Psychology and an A in A level Psychology. My degree let me go well beyond the syllabus, particularly in research methods and statistics, which is the part of the course most students find hardest.
Alongside my studies I was elected Psychology course representative for my department, spent two years coaching and mentoring student leaders across six universities, and worked in a private therapy practice. Those roles taught me to explain things patiently and to work out what someone actually needs, rather than delivering the same lesson to everyone.
I tutor because I remember how much difference it makes when someone shows you what a top-band answer looks like instead of telling you to revise harder. I'm reliable, I prepare properly, and I'll be honest with you about where you're losing marks.

I'm a Psychology graduate from the University of Warwick with an A in A level Psychology (Edexcel). I teach GCSE and A level online, and I'm comfortable across AQA, Edexcel and OCR.
Lessons run one hour. I start by finding where the marks are actually being lost, which is rarely content. Most students know the studies but can't turn that into what the mark scheme rewards, so we work through past papers and model answers, focusing on structure, evaluation and exam language.
I'm especially strong on research methods and statistics, where most marks are lost. My dissertation was a quantitative SPSS study, so I can explain experimental design, sampling and significance properly instead of asking you to memorise definitions.
Students get access to my own model answers and a full set of flashcards and notes covering the entire Edexcel specification.
Suitable for GCSE and A level, including retakes.
