Hey!! I'm Emily! I attend Auburn University and am majoring in exercise science. I was a level ten gymnast before I had to be done due to an injury. However, gymnastics is my favorite sport and I am very passionate about helping other athletes achieve their goals.

Since I am a student, I would love to do online courses with the athletes and mentor them the best I can. Throughout my whole life, I struggle with mental blocks and fear. It took me a lot of time, patience, and figuring out what worked best for me to finally get over my fear. I believe I can be very helpful in getting athletes over their fear, getting over setbacks, and communicating with coaches (because I know that is very scary for some athletes). I usually would start with some of the techniques I used...
