About Chriss John
At the age of 16, by only weighing 55kg, taking no protein powder, 5’5, I was able to do 350lbs deadlift, 225lb bench press, 125lb grip strength per hand. 11 muscle ups in a row and yeah that's me, and it took me about a year to achieve it!
