When I can see lively bright eyes after the practice, it makes me feel I do the right thing that adds life, wholeness and integrity in our everyday life when a practice is just a part of it. I teach people as it is something that I cannot but do having gathered my experience, feeling the striving to make difference for the best future cherishing and relying on all the world traditions.
