Greetings! I'm Viktoriia, your dedicated guide on the journey to English proficiency! Originally hailing from the rich cultural tapestry of Ukraine, my story took an unexpected turn in 2022 when I made the move to England following the impact of war. Embracing a new chapter of life, I bring with me the warmth of my Ukrainian roots and a resilient spirit that fuels my passion for teaching. With a large and loving family, including four grandchildren attending school in England, I understand the importance of effective communication in a diverse and ever-changing world. My own journey of adapting to a new environment inspires my teaching approach, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning space. Beyond the virtual classroom, my interests span a variety of hobbies. From baking delightful treats to creating intricate cross-stitch masterpieces, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. Travelling, gardening, and the thrill of meeting new people are all threads that weave into the vibrant fabric of my experiences. Education has been a cornerstone of my professional journey. Armed with a CELTA certificate from Oxford House College, I honed my teaching skills to deliver lessons that are engaging and effective. My commitment to excellence is further underscored by achievements such as an impressive IELTS Academic Test score of 8.9. My educational journey includes a Teaching Knowledge Test from the Polyglot Language Centre in Ukraine, a diploma in Management of Tourism Industry from the Kyiv Institute of Tourism, and a master's degree in German and Roman Philology from Moscow State University. Specialising in ESOL and Russian as a foreign language, my academic background forms a robust foundation for language instruction.
