About Natalie
Hi I am Natalie. I am a warm and approachable person with a genuine passion for helping others feel more confident in themselves and reach their potential. My background includes training in Psychotherapy and mindfulness teaching and I am currently developing my skills as a wellness coach. Throughout my experience I have developed a strong understanding of confidence, motivation and stress management. I want to teach as I love seeing people recognise their own abilities and achieve things they may not have believed were possible.

My approach is friendly, supportive and personalised to each student. I focus on building confidence, motivation and self-belief. Lessons are typically 60 minutes. I use coaching techniques, mindfulness and positive psychology to create a relaxed, encouraging learning environment. I am particularly suited to supporting teens and young adults. I have training in psychotherapy and mindfulness and bring a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to the sessions.
