About Baptiste
Hi, I’m Baptiste. I support people who feel overwhelmed, drained, or disconnected from themselves. This work is deeply personal to me. In 2018, I went through a major burnout, and the years that followed became a long path of recovery, practice, and learning. Through that experience, I came to understand how deeply stress can affect the body, the mind, and the nervous system, and how important it is to have real tools to come back to ourselves.
Over time, through yoga, meditation, body awareness, massage therapy, and nervous system work, I found a healthier and more grounded way of living. From that journey, I felt called to share what helped me and to guide others toward a more balanced and sustainable relationship with stress, rest, and daily life.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and practical. I’m not here to fix people or analyze them, but to teach simple and embodied tools that help them slow down, listen, and reconnect with themselves.

These sessions offer a body-based and educational approach for people who feel chronically overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns of overdrive. They are for people who want to better understand their stress responses and learn practical ways to feel more grounded, present, and regulated in daily life.
Drawing from mindful meditation, yoga, nervous system regulation, modern psychology, I guide each person through practices and reflections that support awareness, self-regulation, and resilience. Depending on your needs, sessions may include grounding practices, breath awareness, mindful movement, body awareness, simple explanations about stress and nervous system states, and practical tools to bring more balance into everyday life.
The goal is not therapy, but guided learning and practice: helping you recognize patterns earlier, understand how stress shows up in your body, and develop simple resources to support more clarity, steadiness, and inner space. Over time, this work can help you build a healthier relationship with effort, rest, and yourself.
