About Deren
Yeditepe University / Industrial and System Engineering
I have been doing fitness for 8 years and playing American football for 3 years. I have 1 year of experience as a Pilates teacher and 2 years of personal trainer. I teach online and studio classes. I give athletes appropriate field training for their branches. I also share sports videos on my youtube channel. I have an IPF international pilates certificate.

My lessons are basically have progresses through movements that increase strength, muscle development, balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination. I write programs in accordance with the person's body structure and make changes as time progresses in order not to get bored with these programs. I can apply my exercise programs suitable for my student's needs and possibilities both online and in my studio.
