About William
My name is William and I'm incredibly passionate about fitness and combat sports. I started boxing when I turned the age of 7 and ever since I fell in love with bettering myself every day trying to become the best version of myself. I've taught many students in my high school days and I've stood in corners of pros such as Tristan Naaidoo and Dylan Pieterson helping them and giving advice where I can but I am not the best obviously but everybody starts somewhere, so start today and stop feeling sorry for yourself

With regards to combat training and fitness, my teaching approach may differ from client to client but one crucial quality that I always tell my students is the most important to learn is consistency and momentum and that's where I come in to help you stay consistent, stay motivated and become more knowledgeable about fitness and yourself. I will personally create a training regime for you that is catered to your goals and help you stick with it
