I have 6 years experience in the fitness industry and am very passionate about fitness and nutrition. For this reason I became a personal trainer. Having lost 28kg myself, I know the emotional journey of weightloss and can help you.

Details
All my plans will include specific exercises that I will personalise for you in your plan. These exercises will be shown through images and a very detailed description of how to do the exercise. I will also specify how many times to do the exercise and for how long.
I will also be adding a nurtrition plan personalised to you in the personal training plan. This will include calories and macros personalised to you and your goals, recipes you can follow and healthy subsitutes you can have for foods you may love.
The plan will be very detailed with a meal plan and exercise plan personalised to you specifically.
