About Tommaso
I swam at a competitive level for 7 years together with Sisport Fiat until I finished second in the UISP Italian Championships. My great passion was breaststroke (200 mt RN) and freestyle while backstroke my biggest enemy >:(. Moreover I'm certified life guard with First aid and AED certification, therefore you can just relax and learn

Put people at ease, first of all in the water you have to have fun! So you have to go step by step and listen to your body. Overcoming fear step by step is possible, the important thing is to try! Furthermore, the care of the technique is fundamental in order not to make wrong movements and get inflamed. That said, each person has their own needs and therefore needs a tailored approach.
