About Mauro
I am a lover of yoga philosophy, yoga instructor and reiki teacher. In Yoga, I have experience of three years as a practitioner of Ashtanga and a little more time as a student and practitioner of philosophy. But it was not until last year that I started practicing asanas more consistently, and with greater respect and seriousness. I studied and did internships in Rishikesh and Palolem India, I taught in Malaga during 2019 and now definitely in Barcelona I am beginning to transmit what I have lived and learned to those who accept it. I am also a teacher and practitioner of Reiki Usui (7th generation), I have 5 years of experience and I always intend to balance and harmonize the people who practice them.

First an introduction with the person, through an interview, asking habits (for example, types and schedules of meals), ailments and diseases, and knowing their motivations to start or continue the practice of this wonderful discipline.
