The quartz bowls with their healing frequencies immediately transport you to a state of peace and relaxation, it is a time of love and personal care, where you can enter a state of contemplation and reflection. Sounds are connected to us naturally and as fetuses it is even the first sense we develop and how we begin to connect with the rest of the world.
Upon entering the space we begin to inhale aromas that transmit peace to us, which lead us from that moment to feel in a refuge, disconnecting us from problems, passions, people, work, family, it is a sacred space of no time. We will begin with the recitation of a mantra and immediately afterwards the sound of the bowls will begin, restoring the natural state of the body, without alterations.
For the classes we will sit comfortably and we will have a blanket to use to keep us warm when we need it, surrounded by aromas and healing frequencies.
