Martial Art provides self-defense classes, fitness classes, and weight loss programs to men, women, and kids irrespective of age. Single and group classes available in New Delhi.

My class starts with stretching following with exercise with home equipment's such as skipping rope, ladder, ankle weights etc.
A much required Self defense drill is also included in the class. . This includes strikes and counter.
Provide single and group classes to men, women and kids. Age no bar.
My method focus on building self confidence, character and skill in people through mental and physical discipline.
