About Quentin
Economics is often seen as a subject of numbers and graphs, but I see it as the study of human choices and the stories behind them. With over 5 years of teaching experience, I help students uncover the connections between economic theory and everyday life. My approach is systematic yet adaptable, making sure each concept is clear before moving forward. We explore microeconomics, macroeconomics, and behavioral economics through real-world examples. I often integrate reflective exercises where students analyze how economic forces affect their community or personal experiences. I have worked with students from a variety of backgrounds, including neurodiverse learners and professionals seeking to understand market trends for their work. I make sessions interactive with simulations, policy discussions, and data interpretation activities. My teaching also incorporates mindfulness strategies for learning, helping students manage stress when facing challenging topics. Feedback is a constant part of my process, so learners always know their strengths and next steps. I believe that when students see the human side of economics, they engage with it more deeply. The subject becomes less about memorization and more about exploration. My mission is to help students use economics as a tool for insight, problem-solving, and informed living.

My Economics teaching approach is built around clarity, practice, and connection to real-world events. We begin with core ideas like supply and demand, elasticity, and the role of incentives. I break these concepts into small, manageable parts so students can progress without feeling overwhelmed.
We use a mix of theory and applied exercises, such as analyzing case studies or creating economic forecasts. This helps learners bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and real-world application. Graph reading, data interpretation, and policy evaluation are taught systematically.
I give steady feedback so students always know how to improve. We review previous topics regularly to strengthen memory and confidence. I encourage students to ask questions and explore different perspectives on economic issues.
I particularly enjoy teaching The Aspiring Policy Maker and The Social Impact Thinker. We often discuss how economics interacts with society, politics, and ethics. This makes the learning experience richer and more meaningful.
By the end, students are able to see the patterns and connections that shape economies. This ability stays with them far beyond the classroom.
