About Ophelia
With 11 years of piano teaching experience, I offer tailored lessons designed to meet the unique needs of students of all ages. My approach emphasizes personalized instruction to help each student reach their full potential, whether they are just starting or looking to refine their skills. Specializing in classical technique, jazz improvisation, and composition, I strive to provide a comprehensive musical education that nurtures both technical proficiency and creative expression.
Outside of teaching, I am passionate about exploring various genres of music. I find joy in delving into classical works, experimenting with jazz improvisation, and crafting original compositions. This diverse musical background enriches my teaching and allows me to offer a well-rounded educational experience. My commitment to continuous learning ensures that I stay current with the latest developments in music and pedagogy.
When I’m not at the piano, I enjoy immersing myself in outdoor activities like hiking and stargazing. These hobbies offer me a chance to unwind and find inspiration, which I bring into my teaching. My love for photography, especially capturing landscapes and night skies, further complements my creative pursuits, helping me stay inspired and connected to the beauty of the world.
