With over 8 years of experience teaching guitar both in-person and online, I’m passionate about helping students explore and create their own music. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance with a focus on Contemporary Styles, which has shaped my approach to both playing and teaching. My lessons emphasize not just technique, but the art of composing, arranging, and expressing original musical ideas. I specialize in guiding students through harmonic concepts, melodic invention, and basic counterpoint—all applied directly to the guitar. Whether you're writing your first song or refining complex compositions, I provide structured support tailored to your goals. I also help students record basic demos, giving them tools to capture and share their creative work. My teaching is flexible, warm, and centered around each student’s unique path. My guitar teaching approach is centered on connecting theory with real playing. I focus on helping students understand how music theory lives on the fretboard.
