About Hayley
I have always been a bookworm and loved writing. Throughout school English was my favourite subject and I flourished as a writer and reader thanks to many great teachers I've had! I've continued studying English at a university level while also training to become a librarian and I hope to share my love of learning, reading, writing and books in general, with everyone! I have worked with children 4-16 as a sports coach in water polo and gymnastic for about 4 years and I'm looking to branch out into tutoring/teaching as working with children, and English are both passions of mine.

I take a friendly and engaging approach to teaching and working with kids in any setting. Building up confidence and ensuring basics are well understood in order for knowledge to grow and for kids to flourish in their studies and as a person with confidence and pride in their own work and abilities.
Lessons adaptable to each students' needs. This may be laying down foundations and strengthening understanding of basics to help them keep up in class, homework guidance for the student that knows what's going on, but needs to put their head down a little more, or the student who needs more of a challenge and wants to push to higher levels of complexity.
