About Maï
Rich in my experience in dance, choreography and performance, for several years I have been developing a personal methodology combining sensitivity, care, creativity and physical discipline. In parallel with my artistic activity, I learn about the fundamentals of Ayurveda by following a training course at the Tapovan Center in Paris, where I am particularly interested in dietetics and body care through massage. In synergy with other practices such as fasciatherapy, singing and internal movement, Kundalini Yoga is part of my daily health, physical and energy preparation tools, which I particularly address to women and artists of the scene.

Listening to the physiological and energetic needs of women, I offer you a personalized course program according to the traditions of Kundalini Yoga. Each class, we will practice together a Kryia (sequence of exercises that combine physical practice, meditation, posture, relaxation and song) that I will choose according to your needs, your cycle and the lunar cycle, in order to harmonize us with our natural internal rhythm. As a Woman, we are in relation with the lunar vibrations, this manifests itself physically with the menstrual cycle but also mentally and emotionally. We increase and decrease at the rate of our "inner moon" according to the influences of the outer moon. This coming and going can be a source of fatigue, stress and often pain when we are unable to listen to ourselves. Through regular practice, it is possible to restore physical, mental, emotional and spiritual harmony and thus make contact with our true Self. Implementation of a specific protocol according to the Cycle of the Moon. S1 - Relaxation / 1st to 7th Day of cycle S2 - Rise of Kundalini / 8th to 14th Day of cycle S3 - Sublimation / 15th to 21st Day of cycle S4 - Elimination / 22nd to 28th Day of cycle
