About Polly
Hi! I’m Polly — I’m a personal trainer and nutritional adviser.
I know how overwhelming fitness can feel these days. There’s so much conflicting advice online about what you should be doing and what you should or shouldn’t be eating, and it can make getting started feel intimidating. It really doesn’t have to be that complicated.
The best part of my job is seeing clients leave sessions feeling more motivated and empowered than when they walked in. That shift in mindset is just as important as the physical progress.
Whatever your goals are, we’ll work towards them together in a way that feels realistic and enjoyable.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Adviser
My approach is very practical and holistic. I focus on making training feel approachable, sustainable, and tailored to you. Exercise shouldn’t feel scary — it should make you feel more confident by working towards a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
Sessions are 50 minutes and tailored completely to you — strength, mobility, general fitness, or getting back into exercise, depending on your goals and starting point. Most people train once or twice a week, but frequency is flexible and we can figure out what suits your schedule.
