About Rita
I work within the Hospital based in the Wolverhampton area and have worked very hard to get to the level of being a band 5 wards based technician. I carry out other roles as well within the pharmacy and dispensary as well, such as accredited technician where I carry out a final check on medication before it can be released to wards such as control drugs, cytotoxic, antibiotics and much more. I enjoy my job and do feel that a lot of staff in this position struggle and do feel that they do need that support within their training needs and this is where I want to step in and help others as I struggled a lot when I came into this role.

I have the level 2 and 3 in teaching and do understand that everyone has different learning needs as some are slower than others and may need some extra support it is about adapting to people's learning skills. I do mentor students as well within the hospital environment and do feel that others can benefit from my support. The subjects that I would be all related to Working on the wards and support students helping gain their level 2 and 3. The typical length would be down to the student the age groups that I mentor are of all ages from 20's down to 50's
