About Andy
I’m a full-time professional with many years’ experience working in a demanding, high-pressure environment where clear thinking, good communication, and sound judgement really matter. Over the years, I’ve found that I naturally enjoy helping people make sense of complex situations, think things through calmly, and express themselves more confidently. Whether it’s deciding on a next career step, preparing for difficult conversations, or simply feeling less stuck, I’ve seen how much difference clarity and confidence can make. I teach because I genuinely enjoy supporting people at early stages of their career or during periods of transition. I know how overwhelming professional decisions can feel, especially when there isn’t an obvious right answer, and I like helping people slow things down, gain perspective, and move forward with more confidence. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you develop your own way of thinking and communicating, rather than telling you what you “should” do

My sessions are 1-to-1, relaxed, and practical, and are designed to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction in your professional life. Each lesson focuses on understanding what’s really going on for you, untangling complex or confusing situations, and helping you think things through in a structured way. We’ll work on how you communicate your ideas, build confidence in professional settings, and make decisions when there isn’t an obvious “right” answer. Sessions are tailored to your needs and might cover: • Career direction and professional transitions • Confidence at work and in professional conversations • Communicating clearly and assertively • Handling pressure, uncertainty, and self-doubt • Clarifying options and next steps This is coaching and mentoring, not technical or professional advice. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — the focus is on helping you develop your own clarity and confidence. Lessons are delivered remotely and are suitable for graduates, early-career professionals, and career-changers
