About Mekayla
I have volunteered to tutor and help elementary schoolers and middle schoolers with the things they struggled on doing in school. Although, I am only in high school as a sophomore, I have a understanding on how students learn and I also have the patience to understand how a student learns and take the time they need to understand. I am very organized and clean. I maintain higher than a 3.0 GPA. I used to commit my time to extra curecular activities such as rally squad, marching band, cheer, robotics club, and I like to lead and manage things.

First, I usually would have them give me two assignments they receive at school. I would ask for something they find easy and something they find academically hard for them. Then, I would try and combine the two things so then they could find it somewhat enjoyable to do because no student wants to sit there doing something they never enjoyed doing because they dont understand. Finally, I would take the time and guide them through their work and try and work on how they can improve the skills
