About Elizabeth
I am a freelance tutor and copyeditor with an MA in Communication Studies, an MA in Social Psychology, and a BA in General Psychology. I am comfortable teaching with statistics at the undergraduate and graduate level, working with K12 students on their ELA skills, and with all students on strengthening their research and writing abilities.

I believe all people are creative and capable. I approach teaching with this thought in mind. I usually spend the first several minutes of each session determining the students’ goals and needs. My job is to help students achieve those goals in a way that makes sense for the students. Then, we dive into the content. In these forms of learning, I believe the student drives the learning ship. I am open to continuous feedback to ensure the students’ learning needs are met.
