About Richard
Students ranging from architecture undergraduates to seasoned industry professionals hire me to streamline their daily design processes. My technical repertoire spans annotation and dimensioning plus levels and grids alongside schedules and quantities. I also cover MEP systems overview and worksharing and worksets.
BIM fundamentals in Revit are central to my practice, including linked models and coordination. Having coached 64 students over 12 years, I find it rewarding to help others refine their craft. I look forward to supporting your progress.

Drafting efficiency transforms from a slow grind into a fluid keyboard driven experience. You will see lines snap into place as complex models emerge from basic geometric forms.
My B.Tech from the University of Galway informs every technical explanation I provide. The 12 years I have spent in architectural practice ensure that my methods remain grounded in real world building projects.
