About Tina
With 18 years of nursing experience, I have worked across a diverse range of specialties including Trauma, Surgical, Medical, Oncology, Rehabilitation, Aged Care, Theatre, Outpatient Clinics, and Education—spanning clinical settings, TAFE, and universities.
As an educator, my role extends beyond delivering safe clinical supervision and sharing expert knowledge and skills. I am deeply committed to inspiring, influencing, and motivating learners to reach their fullest potential. I take a positive and constructive approach, working collaboratively to support each learner’s individual strengths, so they can thrive and succeed as their own unique selves.
To avoid any conflict of interest, I’m not able to tutor students from the university where I currently teach.

My personal and professional values are compassion, innovation and excellence. I am passionate about learner-centered teaching learning style which empowers learners to achieve their desired goals. I value each learner’s individuality and the power of incorporating their experience and their unique learning style to adopt new knowledge. My philosophy of teaching is to create a trust, fun, supportive and interactive environment that allow learners to explore and safe practice with appropriate supervision.
