About Matilde
"Standing in a laboratory at age 18, I realized that understanding cellular mechanisms was the ultimate puzzle worth solving. Since that moment, I have committed 13 years to teaching biology, transitioning from classroom settings to my current role as a PhD candidate at the University of Queensland. My expertise spans mitosis and meiosis, genetics and inheritance, homeostasis, molecular biology, plant biology, and complex protein synthesis.
