About Olive
Chords ringing out through the house defined my early years. I grew up with a guitar in my hands constantly.
My 13 years of experience allows me to guide students through reading sheet music, fingerpicking, lead guitar, grade exam prep, electric technique, ear training, tuning and maintenance, acoustic technique, reading tabs, and songwriting. I work with dedicated individuals who want to master their instruments. My method remains technical and consistent.

Students perform confidently within a single term. I produce 6 custom backing tracks for every student to practice soloing at home. My Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Glenn Gould School informs how I approach fretboard theory. I treat guitar with the same strict standards as classical piano.
