About Francesco

15 years of experience in different disciplines. I am a boxing and kickboxing coach. Gym instructor and Personal Trainer. 1-2-1 lessons and group of maximum 6 people, outdoor, at your home, webcam. I can travel for an additional price (to agree, depending on time and distance). Personal and unique programme for each of my students with the most effective exercises and type of workout after the consultation and the 1st lesson. I have all the necessary equipment for boxing and kickboxing lessons.

The lesson lasts 60-90 min and we will focus on: - MOBILITY, dynamic stretching and exercise for your flexibility and to avoid injuries during the workout. - WARM UP: skipping rope, shadow boxing, aerobic exercises. -FIGHTING COMBOS, pad work, while improving strength and conditioning.   • What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

    I began my journey in martial arts at the age of 4 when I started training in Karate. After Karate, I continued to expand my skillset by learning Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay-Thai in the following years, and I've been practicing them ever.
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    My favorite sports include Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, swimming, and weightlifting. While I practice Boxing and Kickboxing/Muay Thai at a high level, swimming and weightlifting are activities I thoroughly enjoy as hobbies. I'm always open to discovering new sports and activities that challenge me physically and mentally.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    The motivation and passion to pursue my sport come from the sense of self-improvement and discipline it instills in me. Martial arts teach valuable life lessons such as resilience, perseverance, and respect, which drive me to continually push my limits and strive for excellence. Likewise, swimming and weightlifting offer me avenues to challenge myself and maintain a well-rounded fitness regimen.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    Every fight and every time I need to get ready for it is very challenging and intense. Overcoming these challenges and consistently pushing myself to improve is a source of pride and achievement for me.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    My experiences in training and preparing for fights, as well as my dedication to swimming and weightlifting, have made me a better sportsperson by teaching me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and discipline. Each workout, each competition, is an opportunity for growth and self-improvement.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    If I had the opportunity to go for a jog with a famous athlete, I would choose Muhammad Ali. I would ask him about his mindset and mental preparation before big fights, his philosophy on life and success, and how he dealt with adversity both inside and outside the ring.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    I help people stay motivated by fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, setting achievable goals, and celebrating their progress along the way. I also emphasise the importance of consistency and perseverance, reminding them that success in sports and fitness is a journey that requires dedication and determination.
